The boxing match between Manny Pacquiao and Brandon Rios is set on Nov 24 in Macau, but their coaches seem to be ready to fight right now. In fact, they did just that.
“On Wednesday, Nov 20, Freddie Roach, the trainer of Pacquiao, confronted his counterpart Robert Garcia at the gym in the Venetian Hotel in Macau,” reports ABS-CBNNews.com.
Roach had reportedly asked Garcia to leave the gym because Pacquiao’s team had booked it for 11 am. Garcia was being interviewed when Roach approached him. Garcia refused to leave. Soon enough, the two men were fighting.
Then, Alex Ariza, a former strength and condition trainer of Pacquiao who now works with Rios, entered the scuffle. Roach claimed that Ariza kicked him in the chest.
