Jessica (not her real name) recently complained about a coffee shop in Mandaluyong City for allegedly serving her a drink that had a dead mouse in it.
According to an Umagang Kay Ganda report, Jessica and her friends ordered drinks at the said coffee shop (which is not named in the report). She then said that she wasn’t able to finish her drink so she brought it with her when they left the shop.
However, Jessica didn’t get very far before she noticed that there was a “hard object” inside her drink. When she opened the drink container, she saw a dead mouse. She and her friends then went back to the shop to complain about it.
The coffee shop’s shift manager maintained that the mouse didn’t come from their drink. The shift manager also only said that Jessica can just get in touch with them if “something happenes” to her. The coffee shop also refused to do an interview.
Jessica has filed an incident report with the police, who advised her to get a medical exam.
The report didn’t say if Jessica had photos showing the dead mouse in the drink. However, the news video shows a clip where the mouse in the drink is blurred.
