A shot rang out at around 5:45am on Friday, Jan 9, in Sampaloc, Manila. Bystanders later saw a dead man lying the middle of Lacson Street.
“Three slugs from a caliber 9mm pistol were found just 10 meters away from the body,” reports ABS-CBNnews.com.
