These are scary times.
On Mon, Jul 11, a 34-year-old tattoo artist and his partner dropped their five-year-old child at the Villamor Air Base Elementary School at Piccio Garden in Barangay 186, Pasay City.
Witnesses say the man was seated on his motorcycle in front of the school while he waited for his partner. She had accompanied their child inside the school. Suddenly, a man wearing face mask approached the tattoo artist and shot him in the head. The suspect then got on a motorcycle driven by another unidentified man. They quickly fled from the scene. The tattoo artist died on the spot.
“The incident took place at around 8:10am and school kids witnessed the brutal killing,” reports Jeffrey C. Tiangco on Journal Online.
The report noted: “Police said the victim was included in the police watchlist as one of the drug personalities in his neighborhood.”
