Love (or lack of it) drives some people crazy.
“Earlier this week, Surab Nebres, 52, barged into the home of his former lover, Emily Cruz, 46, in Barangay Bagbag, Novaliches and shot her twice while she was watching television with her new lover,” reports Reinir Padua in The Philippine Star.
Surprisingly, Nebres didn’t shoot Cruz’s new man. He fled the scene after the attack and is now at large.
Cruz was rushed to the Novaliches District Hospital for treatment. Thankfully, she survived.
Police said Nebres and Cruz broke up two months ago. They had lived together for some time.
