If the government needs more proof that riding-in-tandem crimes are happening more often, here’s another case.
“Salvador dela Cruz is now in critical condition at the Dr. Lorenzo Hocson Memorial Hospital after he was shot in San Juan City on Thursday evening, Jan 16, ‘riding-in-tandem’ criminals in Barangay Corazon de Jesus,” reports Umagang Kay Ganda on ABS-CBNnews.com.
The incident was captured via a closed-circuit television (CCTV) camera installed in a nearby barangay hall. However, investigators still haven’t determined the motive behind the shooting.
