Like we’ve been saying, sometimes it seems like Quezon City is o huge killing field.
“On Monday evening, May 12, Sulpicio Roco, was shot dead by an unidentified man right in front of his wife, Rosy, in Payatas, Quezon City,” reports ABS-CBN News Carolyn Bonquin on ABS-CBNnews.com.
According Roco’s cousin, Jovelyn, who also witnessed the incident, Roco had been playing the card game “pusoy” when a man wearing a jacket and a black cap approached. In fact, Jovelyn said, “the suspect even greeted Roco before shooting him at least five times.”
The suspect, along with three others, then fled from the scene on foot.
