Man loses foot after getting hit by PNR train

Gruesome is the only way to describe it.

“Max Padon, a 43-year-old construction worker, was about to cross the railway when he was hit by a Tutuban-bound Philippine National Railways (PNR) train near the corner of Antipolo and Blumentritt Streets at around 7 am on Wednesday, April 30,” reports dzMM correspondent Noel Alamar on ABS-CBNnews.com.

One of Padon’s feet got severed. He also sustained head injuries. His remaining foot was also injured.

Padon, along with other construction workers, were said working on a flood control project in the area when the accident occurred.
