Man hacked to death by drinking buddies in Quezon City

The big question here is, “Why did they do it?”

“Neil Tulabing, 28, was allegedly hacked to death—presumably with a bolo—by his colleagues during a drinking spree in at around 11pm on Saturday, September 27, in the parking lot of Elemont Marketing along Kanlaon Street in Barangay Maharlika, Quezon City,” reports Francis Wakefield in Tempo.

The Quezon City Police District-Criminal Investigation and Detection Unit (QCPD-CIDU) in Camp Karingal identified the suspects as Jayzon Hizola and William Godello.

Tulabing, Hizola, and Godello all worked as helpers of Elemont Marketing.

The report didn’t say what set off the suspects or where they got the weapon in the first place.
