A male passenger suffered a heart attack as he was waiting for his flight at the departure area of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 1 on Thu, Sep 10.
The man was identified as Panfilo Dela Cruz Arcega, 66, an American citizen.
According to a security guard, he found Arcega lying on the floor. He called on the medical team who tried to revive the victim.
Arcega was declared dead upon arrival at the airport clinic.
Doctors said Arcega suffered from a cardio-pulmonary arrest. He was suffering from diabetes. (from a report by Zhander Cayabyab, dzMM)
