What kind of person takes advantage of a minor who is pregnant?
“A man was arrested last Sat, Jun 25, for raping a 15-year-old girl who also happened to be five months pregnant,” reports Rey Galupo on Philstar.com.
According to the victim, the incident happened at around 11pm, when the suspect, who is identified as Darwin Ogama, broke into her home in Port Area, Manila. Ogama is one of her neighbors. It so happened that her partner was not around at that time. He then threatened her with a gun and raped her.
Ogama was later caught by operatives of the Manila Police District Children and Women Protection Unit after the victim filed her complaint. The victim positively identified him. She was assisted by barangay officials.
