As if commuting in the metro wasn’t hard enough, this guy had to make it worse.

A man landed in jail after groping a 16-year-old inside a bus yesterday in Quezon City.

According to the unidentified Grade 11 victim who resides in Caloocan City, she was on her way home when the incident happened, Radyo Inquirer reported.

She got on board the vehicle at the bus bay in SM North EDSA at 4:30pm.

She sat next to the suspect identified as 25-year-old Mark Leal, a resident in the village of Barangay (Village) Holy Spirit in Quezon City, the report added.

According to the victim, Leal allegedly first held her arm. He then allegedly pretended to fall asleep and began to feel up her breasts. He also allegedly rubbed his thigh on the victim’s thigh.

Radyo Inquirer reported that the victim asked for help and luckily, there were police officers patrolling the area and were able to arrest Leal.

The suspect is now facing charges for violating Republic Act No. 7610, also known as Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation, and Discrimination Act, for allegedly committing acts of lasciviousness against his victim.
