Malabon teen goes up rooftop with metal hanger, gets electrocuted

Nobody knows why 17-year-old Vincent Pascual climbed up the roof of the Rotary Club building on Governor Pascual Avenue holding a metal hanger shortly before 4pm on Sunday, Feb 16. He just did.

Unfortunately, the hanger Pascual was holding came in contact with a live cable. He suffered severe burns and was taken to the MCU Hospital.

“Police Officer 3 Romirosa Mallari said they are still trying to figure out why the boy went to the building’s rooftop,” reports Rey Galupo in The Philippine Star.
