Makati police are looking for the unidentified driver of a gray Honda Civic that was involved in a hit-and-run on J.P. Rizal St. in Makati this week.
The accident killed Roberto Hernandez and Janmike Oroyo, a minor. Witnesses did not get the car’s license plate of the Civic but said it went in the direction of Manila.
Neither of the victims was wearing a helmet when the accident happened, according to a Philippine Star report.
