“The guard on duty of the Makati National High School along Gen. Luna Street, Barangay Poblacion received a call around 7:25am and the caller told the guard that a bomb would go off inside the campus,” reports Mike Frialde on Philstar.com.

Policemen, as well as bomb squad personnel, were immediately deployed to the school. According to Makati police chief Senior Superintendent Manuel Lukban, after almost an hour of clearing, they found no explosives inside the school premises.

The report didn’t say if the students and staff of the school were evacuated or if classes for today will still continue. The report also didn’t indicate if the fake bomb threat caller’s voice was that of a male or female.
