Supporters of the Binay family gathered once again at the grounds of Makati City Hall due to yet another threat of suspension for Mayor Junjun Binay.
It was earlier reported that investigators of the Office of the Ombudsman were seeking the suspension anew of Mayor Binay and 14 other city hall officials over the allegedly overpriced Makati Science High School building.
According to the 26-page document on the case acquired by ABS-CBN News, it is possible that the project bidding was rigged.

The Ombudsman’s field investigators recommended a 6-month suspension for Binay.
They also recommended that his father, Vice-President Jejomar Binay, be included in the preliminary investigation.
Hundreds of supporters from different barangays of Makati have started camping out under tarpaulin tents around the city hall.
Binay’s supporters appeared organized, seated in monoblock chairs, they were separated with signage indicating the barangay they represent.
Mayor Binay was earlier ordered suspended for the Makati parking building case, but he secured a temporary restraining order from the Court of Appeals.
The Office of the Ombudsman and the Department of the Interior and Local Government defied the CA order, forcing the Makati to mayor to bring matter to the Supreme Court.
Joey Salgado, Head of Media Affairs of the Office of the Vice-President, told ABS-CBN News that the Binay family will not be facing media today.
