“The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) will st‎art the construction of the PHP1.27-billion Makati City underpass in April,” Raymond Antonio in Tempo.

The report noted: “The 880-lineal meter Sen. Gil Puyat Ave.-Makati Ave.-Paseo de Roxas Vehicle Underpass Project aims to improve traffic flow in the Makati Central Business District and nearby areas.”

DPWH Secretary Rogelio L. Singson said, “As early as now, I appeal for the understanding of the motorists and commuters on any inconvenience the project may cause as I have directed the contractor to maximize project time schedule.”‎
