Yes, folks, the tremors you may have felt last night is courtesy of a magnitude 4.2 earthquake that hit Pangasinan at around 10:46 pm on Wednesday, Dec 18. The epicenter of the quake was located four kilometers southeast of the town of Binalonan.
“According to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs), was likewise felt at Intensity 3 in Caloocan, Mandaluyong, , Baguio, and Dagupan while Intensity 2 was experienced in Quezon City, Pasig, Gapan, and Pantabangan (Nueva Ecija),” reports Philstar.com.
Philvocs assured the public that no major damage was recorded and no aftershocks are expected from the quake.
