The Magallanes or Osmeña service road’s southbound lane, which leads to EDSA, will be temporarily closed to traffic for the next two months.
According to the First Philippine Industrial Corp., the service road has been closed due to pipeline maintenance activities. The Philippine Star reported that the service road was closed starting last midnight.
