This will give motorists some sort of relief.
“The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) reopened the Magallanes Interchange to all types of vehicles on Tuesday night, August 19,” reports Mike Frialde in The Philippine Star.
The report noted that “the southbound portion of the interchange from Osmeña Highway to South Luzon Expressway was closed to traffic for a 10-day repair on August 8.”
It reopened to light vehicles on Monday, August 18.
According to the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), the PHP167-million project also involved the rehabilitation of the flyover.
