LTO says its satellite offices in malls will temporarily stop accepting applications so it can focus on and prioritize motorists who’ve waited longer.
The agency is still trying to clear a backlog caused by a shortage of license cards.
In the meantime, LTO says motorists should go directly to the main office or any of its branches. Satellite offices in malls will hopefully be able to accept applications again by end of year.
