The Land Transportation Office said they are working on issuing license plates for vehicles still using conduction stickers.
In a Philippine Star report, LTO chief Virginia Torres said they hope to resume issuing license plates within one to two months. “We are addressing these cases and the cards are just temporary for number-coding purposes,” she said in the Star interview, adding “the vehicles will soon be issued the proper license plates.”
The LTO chief said the increasing number of vehicles with conduction stickers should not be a cause for alarm.
