If it’s not the MRT having problems, it’s the LRT.
“The Light Rail Transit (LRT-1) had partial operations after one of its stations experienced a signaling problem at 3:15 p.m. on Friday, November 14,” reports Nestor Corrales on Inquirer.net.
Accoridng to LRT Authority spokesman Hernando Cabrera, the train’s Roosevelt station experienced a signaling problem.
For a few minutes, train operations were only up to the Monumento station in Caloocan City. Full operations were reportedly back at 3:57pm.
The report noted: “The LRT-1, the oldest line in the light railway system in metropolis, connects Baclaran station in Pasay City to Roosevelt in Quezon City.”
