According to the Commission on Audit (COA), Bulacan posted the highest revenue among provinces in 2015.
“The province posted an income of PHP3.802 billion, dislodging Negros Occidental, which topped the list in 2014,” reports Michael Punongbayan in The Philippine Star.
Here is the list of the top 10 highest earning provinces in the Philippines:

2. Negros Occidental – PHP3.582 billion
3. Rizal – PHP3.318 billion.
4. Cebu – PHP3.250 billion

9. Batangas – PHP2.864 billion
