It never seems to end.
“The operations of the Metro Rail Transit (MRT) 3 were disrupted anew after the trains system’s power supply was suddenly cut on Tuesday morning, June 3,” reports Dennis Carcamo on Philstar.com.
The report said that “hundreds of passengers were already on board the MRT train at the Quezon Avenue station when the power interrruption occurred.” *The stations affected by the power outage were the North Avenue and Quezon Avenue stations.
As a result of the power outage, the southbound trips were operational only from the Shaw Boulevard station in Mandaluyong City to Taft Avenue station in Pasay City.
As of 11:51am, MRT technicians were said to be still working on the issue.
