Silence drives people crazy.
“Former senator and current rehabilitation czar Ping Lacson had earlier claimed that he had a copy of Janet Lim Napoles’ draft affividavit and that the number of senators involved in the alleged misuse of Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) constitute a quorum or at least 13 senators,” reports Hannah Torregoza in Tempo.
Not surprisingly, Lacson’s statements prompted incumbent senators such as Sen. Alan Peter Cayetano, Sen. Miriam Defensor Santiago, and Sen. Chiz Escudero to dare him to name names.

However, Lacson is choosing to keep mum about it. He explained, “On the dare for me to name names: The best person to name name is the one who prepared that list. Mrs. Napoles is available and accessible. She is also in the best position to substantiate with evidence the involvement of those in the list.”
