This is “normal” when it comes to the Metro Rail Transit (MRT).
“On Tuesday, April 15, operations of the MRT’s Line 3 were disrupted due to a broken rail in the southbound lane between between North Avenue and Quezon Avenue stations,” dzMM correspondents Zhander Cayabyab and Dennis Datu on ABS-CBNnews.com.
The report said the MRT management “implemented provisional service from Shaw Boulevard to Taft Avenue station and vice versa at 9:35am.”
The broken rail was eventually repaired but, by then, it had already ruined the day for many passengers.
