Less than a week after Jolo Revilla sustained a gunshot wound on his chest, the Cavite Vice Governor is said to be recuperating nicely.
Jolo’s nurses and doctors have already submitted their sworn statements to the Muntinlupa police headquarters as the PNP says it will also conduct its own investigation on the matter.
According to Atty. Raymond Fortun, who was interviewed by The Buzz, Jolo has no more pneumonia and fever. “Tonight or tomorrow, the chest tube will be removed, and then from there, we’ll see if he can go home na.”
The lawyer also denied rumors that Jolo and girlfriend, actress Jodi Sta. Maria have broken up. “Umaga at gabi, nanduon si Jodie. Hindi sila split,” he says.
Lolit Solis, meanwhile, shares that Jodie is really taking seriously her girlfriend duties. “Siya nagpapakain, nililinis yung [tube].”
Jolo, you’re alive and your girlfriend is there beside you. There’s much to be thankful about, yes?
