The 2016 Top Companies Report released by career resource site JobStreet.com is based on a series of surveys conducted from May to Jul 2016, with 14,062 participants coming from different position levels — mostly fresh graduates and junior executives — over a diverse mix of specializations.
One of the categories in the survey was that of the Most Preferred Employer. Here are the top five picks:
1. San Miguel Corporation
2. Nestlé
3. Accenture
4. BDO
5. Ayala Land Inc.
“According to JobStreet, salary was the ‘most significant’ factor in employer preference this year,” reports John Viktor Cabuenas on GMA News Online.
