In a classic buy-bust operation, anti-narcotics agents busted a man, believed to be a member of a high-profile drug ring, confiscating PHP2 million worth of methamphetamine hydrochloride. Director General Arturo Cacdac Jr., the head of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency, identified the suspect as Shaofen Cai. An undercover agent arranged a deal with the suspect, who brought the illegal drugs in Binondo. Aside from the drugs, authorities also confiscated several licenses with his picture but had different names. Cai is reportedly a member of the Chat Que Drug Group. He’s obviously no Heisenberg.
