This is the kind of “low” that most people won’t mind.
“The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said that the temperature in Metro Manila dropped to 16.9 degrees Celsius on Saturday morning, Jan 25,” reports ABS-CBNnews.com.
PAGASA recorded the chilly temperature at 6:20am at the Science Garden in Quezon City.
The weather bureau explained that “the chilly weather the country has been experiencing is due to the presence of the northeast monsoon or amihan.”
PAGASA also said “the country will continue to experience cool weather until the second week of March.”
