Informal settlers turn hostile in Agham Road demolition

Science can’t explain this madness.

“On Monday morning, Jan 27, at least five 10-wheeler dump trucks carrying demolition personnel arrived near the cluster of informal settlers on Agham Road,” reports ABS-CBNnews.com.

As expected, the informal settlers turned hostile and some of them hurled several homemade explosives and other objects at the demolition team and their armed police escorts.

However, as the report revealed, “the demolition pushed through following a confrontation between the police and residents and their alleged supporters from various militant organizations.”

So, is the coast clear or is this just one of those encounters that don’t give us real solutions?
