Desperate times, indeed. With temperatures soaring past 36 degrees Celcius, even the country’s main airports have to find ways to cope with the heat.
Terminals 1 and 2 of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) have added industrial fans in various areas to lower indoor temperature.
According to ABS CBN News, industrial fans were also placed inside some of the airport restrooms to provide users some ventilation. It was said that some of the air conditioning units at the airport are not working.
