Immigrations personnel nab one of China’s most wanted man

It’s the end of the run for one of China’s most wanted man. The Bureau of Immigration has arrested one of China’s most wanted fugitives who purportedly ran an investment scam and illegal gambling racket. Zhang Fuhui was arrested by immigration operatives. He was found hiding in building along Soler Street, Binondo, Manila. Zhang is accused of running a suspected Ponzi scam involving 40,000 Chinese nationals in transactions amounting to some $242M. After authorities tracked down his operation, the suspect moved into the illegal gambling racket where he amassed bets amounting to Y6.3M. MM
