Ilocos Norte Gov. Imee Marcos worried over mother’s health

Considering what’s been happening, it’s expected.

“Ilocos Norte Governor Imee Marcos is worried about the health of her mother, former First Lady and current Ilocos Norte 2nd District Rep. Imelda Marcos, following the confiscation of her painting collections in their ancestral house in San Juan by agents of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), the Office of the Solicitor General and the Presidential Commission on Good Government (PCGG),” reports Freddie G. Lazaro in Tempo.

Marcos revealed that she “is bothered as her mother is recovering from an eye operation when the government operatives took away her paintings.”

The governor emphasized that the works of art are all part of her mother’s personal collections.
