What other gruesome things have been thrown into the Pasig River?
A leg stuffed in a garbage bag was fished from the Sta. Mesa section of the Pasig River at around noon on Fri, May 29.
According to a report by Aie Balagtas See in The Philippine Star, initial examination indicated that the leg belonged to a woman. It has a tribal tattoo near the ankle.
Meanwhile, Manila Police District homicide investigators are checking whether other body parts have been found in nearby waterways.
