How do you solve a problem like Manila?
On Tuesday afternoon, rain poured just as office workers clocked out of the bundy.
The result? A shit load of mess. EDSA stood still as flash floods took over. We know, we know. It’s not Manila’s fault that the rain decided to come down hard and come down strong during rush hour.
And yes, we know, we know, we should be used to this already.
But guess what? We’re not. We work hard every day, endure a crappy transportation just to do so, and pay our taxes. Of course we won’t get used to it. We shouldn’t.
So why is it like this every single time?
