Today, Thu, Aug 27, Tolentino was seen personally directing traffic in Mandaluyong City. Consequently, as of 12:24pm today, the Change.org petition, “Resign, Chairman Francis Tolentino,” has gotten 4,002 signatures.

So, anyway, Tolentino got on a motorcyle during his Mandaluyong traffic stint. This shot of him at the back of a motorcycle being driven by a MMDA enforcer had drawn flak because he is not wearing a helmet, as mandated by law.
