“Henry Mariano Inductivo, 31, was driving a car when he hit a woman at the corner of Timog Avenue and Scout Ybardolaza Street in Quezon City at around 5am on Friday, Feb 7,” reports ABS-CBNnews.com.
Policemen who were patrolling the area actually saw the car hit the woman. However, they were even more shocked when the car’s driver didn’t stop to check on her condition. Inductivo just sped off. The police pursued him. When they cornered Inductivo, he resisted arrest. Police noted that he seemed to be a bit drunk. *Inductivo’s victim was was brought to Quezon City General Hospital for treatment.
