Harry Potter is the boy who lived; “Harry Pata” is the eatery that … made netizens laugh?
FYI for those who haven’t tried Filipino food; crispy pata is a dish made of deep fried pig knuckles served with a soy-vinegar dip so yes, “Harry Pata” is a very good pun.
Although only popular in its Angat, Bulacan neighborhood, Twitter user @OnePunchChan shared it to the internet in a now-viral tweet posted over the weekend.
“FUCK, MY GRANDPA STARTED A CRISPY PATA BUSINESS. GUESS WHAT’S THE STORE NAME!?!?!” he said in Filipino and English.
Without giving us enough time to think, he continues: “HARRY PATA!!!!! MY GOD.”
TANGINA, MY TITO LOLO STARTED A CRISPY PATA BUSINESS. GUESS WHAT’S THE STORE NAME!?!?!
HARRY PATA!!!!! MY GOD.

And he’s got receipts too. He posted a screenshot from the Harry Pata Facebook page showing some of its menu items.

Naturally, Harry Potter fans are all for this.
“The Patronus Charm of your grandpa is probably [a] [pig],” wrote @le_consbusier.
For those who don’t follow the extremely popular series of books and movies, patronuses are what wizards use in order to ward off soul-seeking dementors.
Patronus Charm ng Lolo mo siguro ay Baboy.

“Expecto Porktronum,” added @le_consbusier, referencing a spell wizards use to summon a corporeal animal (aka a patronus) as one’s spirit-guardian against dementors.
