We don’t know if this is sweet or just something that’ll make us ROFL.

Twitter user Crista Cadorniga (@cristarcc) shared a now-viral photo on Sunday of a kangkong (water spinach) bouquet for her sister.

According to Cadorniga, her older sister broke up with her boyfriend but the guy is still trying to win her over.

“[H]er ex is still trying to woo her. My sister is a vegan, so he gave her a bouquet of kangkong (water spinach),” she said in a mix of English and Filipino.

Yup, we kid you not — an actual water spinach bouquet. Vegans are known not to eat or use animal products, so this is probably the dude’s idea of a grand romantic gesture to try to win her back.

Cadorniga goes on to say that she’s confused by the display of affection and that she doesn’t know how to feel about the whole thing.

Netizens felt the same way as the tweet garnered over 20,000 likes and 1,800 likes as of this article’s posting.

Twitter user @geraldmxxx wrote that the suitor should’ve included other ingredients so that the recipient could make sinigang, a sour Filipino soup.

He wrote: “He should have added taro root, pork, pepper, onions, and tamarind so she could cook sinigang.”

@ilalimNgAraw said: “It’s the thought that counts.”

“Why is this so cute hahahaha,” wrote @__Jhe07.

“Flowers aren’t in anymore,” said @marismdq.

“I want a chicken bouquet,” said @efeytimmy.

Twitter user @utemaye shared: “I had a suitor once who gave me a ‘bouquet’ of broccoli because [broccoli was my] favorite before.”
