Proposals are just getting more and more intense, like this memorable — but slightly violent — one that had a guy pretending to be arrested by cops before popping the question to his girlfriend.

Facebook user Nanette Oba shared a now-viral video of the proposal on Thursday.

“I’m shookt… You’re too muchlove. I just gave birth and I was super nervous when this happened,” she said in the post in Filipino.

The video shows authorities coming into the house Oba shares with her boyfriend  Julio Vinluan. They were among friends and family when the incident happened.

“We are arresting you for selling shabu [methamphetamine],” one of the “officials,” said to Vinluan in Filipino. Vinluan was then put in handcuffs and made to kneel to make it look all too real.

Confused and scared by the commotion, Oba asked where the authorities’ search warrant was. The officials then gave a piece of paper for her to check.

This is what she saw when she opened it: “WILL YOU MERRY (sic) ME?”

Everyone in the room burst into hysterics as Oba sat on a chair, clearly crying after reading what was written on the piece of paper. Vinluan then proposed with a ring while handcuffed.

Like all great fairytales, the video ended with the lovebirds kissing.

The original post had over 80,000 views, but it garnered more views on the Facebook page of Bpso Brgy Caloocan where it got over 1.3million views and 19,000 shares. Netizens expressed their thoughts about the video.

Jericho Isaga wrote in Filipino: “That’s a great warrant that was served to you. Congrats.”

“Wow great plan,” said Richard Ballesteros Barrozo.

Marie Familar wrote that the level of proposal surprises have stepped up. She added: “Congrats to you two. That was good, brother.”

Emma Esponilla wrote: “This is so sweet.”

Facebook user Anna Marie Jumalon chose to nit-pick and wrote: “[You got the] wrong spelling [of marry]… But it’s okay, at least they’re happy.”
