The question is rhetorical, of course.
“Vice President Jejomar C. Binay has admitted considering businessman Manny V. Pangilinan as his running mate in the 2016 presidential elections, citing his track record as a businessman as one key factor,” reports JC Bello Ruiz in the Manila Bulletin.

Binay made the statement when he was asked once again about his possible running mates in 2016 during an interview at the Pag-IBIG office on Monday, Mar 4.
In earlier reports, Binay said he was also considering Batangas Gov. Vilma Santos as his vice presidential candidate. However, Santos’ husband, Sen. Ralph Recto, told reporters that his wife had no plans of running for office in 2016.

Binay added that those who remained loyal to him in last year’s election, such as Sarangani Representative Manny Pacquiao, will definitely play prominent roles in his new political party.
So maybe he’s choosing which “Manny” he’ll hook up with?
