Group wants PWD-accessible churches

Charito Manglapus, who is afflicted with cerebral palsy, is asking church leaders to make churches more accessible to persons with disabilities (PWDs).

Manglapus, 57, is the president of the Cerebral Palsied Association of the Philippines (CPAP), which has headquarters in Marikina City. “She also said there is a need to create a ministry that would respond to the spiritual needs of all PWDs in all dioceses,” reports Christina I. Hermoso in the Manila Bulletin.
