Did he actually think that he was going to get away with it?

Earlier this week, a 19-year-old guy who is a Grade 9 student from the Ramon Avanceña High School was arrested for allegedly attempting to steal a Honda scooter.

The scooter had been parked at Centro Escolar University’s Dentistry Science Building along Concepcion Aguila Street near the corner of  Rafael Street in San Miguel, Manila.

“A probe by Police Officer 2 Ryan Paculan of the Manila Police District’s Anti-Carnapping and Hijacking Unit (MPD-ANCAR) showed that the incident took place at around  11:45am. The suspect was reportedly caught trying to start the scooter by security guard Sabrina Jean Melic,” reports Itchie G. Cabayan on Journal Online.
