Going to the LTO? They may require you to present a vaccination card

Visiting your nearest LTO office soon? FYI: they may require you to present a vaccination card.

The Land Transportation Office said that it has started requiring visitors to present their vaccination cards at certain branches and licensing centers in compliance with Resolution 22-01 by the Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA), urging enhanced restrictions on unvaccinated individuals.

For now, LTO offices that require vaccination cards include LTO-NCR West, the LTO Manila North District Office, and the LTO Manila Licensing Center.

The agency recently made the announcement on its Facebook page.

“Humihingi po kami ng inyong pang-unawa at kooperasyon para sa kaligtasan ng lahat (We are requesting your understanding and cooperation for everyone’s safety),” the LTO wrote.
