“The Sandiganbayan has junked again the plea of the camp of former President and now Pampanga Rep. Gloria Macagapagal-Arroyo to post bail in connection to her plunder case,” reports Dennis Carcamo on Philstar.com.
The Sandiganbayan explained that “the pieces of evidence against the former president regarding the misuse of the P366 million intelligence fund of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office between January 2008 and June 2010, is strong.”
