The UK-based The Independent posted the story, “‘Dead’ three-year-old girl wakes up in coffin at her own funeral in Philippines.”
The Huffington Post-UK also posted the story, “‘Dead’ Filipino toddler ‘awakens’ in front of shocked mourners at her own funeral.”
A TV Patrol report revealed that doctors in the town of Aurora, Zamboanga del Sur have confirmed that the child is dead.
It is possible that the relatives who allegedly saw the girl’s head “move” while she lay in her coffin were mistaken. Now, the girl’s family is again preparing to bury her.
If that’s the case, then their oversight really had everyone going, as even a police official in the area believed that the girl “came back to life.”
