Manila’s tourist bike patrol is gearing up for maneuver training under Captain Roy Subsuban this week. Manila Tourism czar Carlos Celdran posted this shot with the elite team headed by Capt. Jovan Sicat. The police officers will be assigned to keep Manila’s tourist belt free from thieves and other lawless elements.
Celdran added that he and the Ermita Malate Business Owners Association and I will raise funds to source quality bikes for the patrol team. Manila Mayor Joseph Estrada had earlier received 25 bikes donated by NGOs.
