Gapos Gang robs home in San Juan City

Will these criminals ever get caught?

“Earlier this week, suspected members of the dreaded Gapos Gang robbery group barged into the house of a Filipino-Chinese family in San Juan City and took away close to PHP2.5 million worth of cash, jewelry, and other items,” reports Francis Wakefield in Tempo

According to PO2 Catherine Capinpin, assistant spokesperson of the Eastern Police District (EPD), the incident happened at around 7:30am in Barangay Addition Hills.

The report said that “about eight men armed with firearms and bladed weapons barged into the house of the victims and, at gunpoint, hogtied the family members and their workers with the use of electrical cords and belts.”

The victims were then locked inside one of the rooms in the house white the robbers took their loot.
